The Philosophy of GT – The Arrival of the S
The fourth-generation Skyline C110, famously known as the “Ken & Mary Skyline,” was a massive hit and received a minor facelift in September 1975, evolving into its late-model version. Among these, the 2000GTX-E·S stood out as a high-performance grade that inherited the spirit of the now-discontinued Kenmeri GT-R. It featured four-wheel disc brakes and stabilizers—just like the GT-R—as well as a newly added rear wiper. Factory options included the first aluminum wheels ever offered in Skyline history. The traditional GT badge was updated with a green accent, marking a new chapter in the legacy of the Skyline.
