Griffon Has Arrived!

From the anime Mobile Police PATLABOR, the black Labor TYPE-J9 Griffon joins the ACKS series in 1/43 scale!

Supervised by Yutaka Izubuchi, this latest version of Griffon has been carefully crafted with a strong focus on accurate proportions. Like the AV-98 Ingram Unit 1 and Unit 2, the sealing covers across various joints are faithfully recreated using plastic materials with realistic detailing.

Combined with its internal articulation system, this model allows you to recreate dynamic combat scenes that showcase Griffon’s close-combat capabilities as seen in the anime.

The cockpit hatch can be opened and closed without part swapping. Additionally, pull-out mechanisms are incorporated into the wrists and ankles, enabling a wide range of motion without compromising the model’s appearance.

Five types of interchangeable hand parts are included, allowing for expressive poses such as the iconic thumbs-up gesture from the series.

The package features an original illustration by renowned mechanical illustrator Shinichi Hagiwara, making it a premium presentation piece worthy of display on its own.
